Cisco Secure Access integrates with Jamf Pro to streamline device management and enhance security, deployment, and compliance across platforms. Jamf Pro is a leader for management of Apple macOS, iOS, and tvOS devices. When you integrate Jamf Pro with Secure Access, data about your devices will be available to Secure Access. This information is used for better security enforcement in endpoint posture.

The Jamf Pro integration with Secure Access is in limited availability and will not be available to every customer until it is released in general availability.


Configure the Jamf Pro Third-Party Integration

The Jamf Pro integration with Secure Access is in limited availability and will not be available to every customer until it is released in general availability.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Admin > Third-party Integrations > Jamf Pro and click Integrate.

  2. Enter integration details.

    1. Integration name: Enter a descriptive name that will help you identify the purpose of the integration in Secure Access.
    2. Client ID: The unique identifier of the application.
    3. Client Secret: The application password used by the registered app to identify itself.
    4. Base URL
  3. Click Save.

  4. Click the ellipse menu to view or modify integration details.

After creating an MDM integration, it can take up to 24 hours before the integration will take effect in a posture profile used in an access rule. During that time, devices will not be granted access to private or internet resources that are protected by the access rule.
