Service Analytics is a dashboard that provides real-time insights into the performance, health, and usage metrics of your organization's successful RAVPN and Zero Trust Access connections.
Service Analytics provides a real-time view of your organization's health, performance, and usage of RAVPN and Zero Trust Access capabilities. These pages show user distribution by region, Cisco Secure Client versions, operating system type, device compliance, Duo client versions, and browsers in use.
Service Analytics logs RAVPN, ZTA, Secure Client, and OS information only for successful connections; it does not record data for failed attempts. Data usage reflects only active users who generated connect or disconnect events during the selected time frame.

RAVPN (Remote Access VPN)
Active sessions: View a real-time graph of how many active users are online. Filter by time and view all regions or up to 12 selected regions.
Secure Access samples the active connection count every 15 mins and hence the current hour's data point may take up to 15 mins past the hour to be shown on the graph.

Most recent active sessions: Shows the time with the number of active sessions from the last 15 minutes within the selected time frame.

Peak active sessions: Shows the time with the highest number of active sessions across the selected regions.
IP Pool Metrics: RAVPN IP pools are assigned to a specific geographical region where a Secure Access data center is located and users connecting to a region are assigned an IP address from that region’s pool. This can help manage IP address allocation per region and support dynamic scaling and high availability. Admins can use this tile to understand their IP pool usage. If an IP pool is exhausted or almost exhausted, new connections may fail. Admins can increase capacity to avoid such connection failures for users.
The RAVPN IP pools widget includes the following metrics, polled and generated every 15 minutes; review them using the guide of icons and meanings located at the top of the widget to identify regions or IP pools experiencing issues.

Status – The status of the IP pools; this icon alerts you to the most severe pool status and is not a generalized summary of status’ if a region has more than one IP pool configured.

Region – the region configured for the IP pool partnered with a more granular location within the region where the Secure Access data center is located. Regions include data from both IPv4 and Ipv6.

IP Pool – The status of the configured IP pool and how many IP pools are configured per region. Since a singular region can host more than one IP pool, each pool has the capacity to have a different status. Hover your cursor on the IP Pool name to see the consumption of any pool in details including IPv4 and IPv6.
Cisco Secure Client versions: Shows the number of users and devices by the Cisco Secure Client version. Click the users count to see additional user’s information. Filter by time and view all regions or up to 12 selected regions.
Operating system: Shows up to five operating systems at a time; additional systems appear in the others category. Each operating system includes the version on the device. You can click the device bar graph to view the top four versions for that operating system and click Others to see the full list of operating systems and versions.
ZTA
Users by region: Shows the number of users in each region in the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Click a user count to view additional details, including device name and email address. For more information on regions, see Secure Access Regions.
Users by country: Shows the number of users in each country based on their geolocation. Click a user count to view additional details, including device name and email address.
Device compliance: Monitor device security via posture checks. Identify endpoints missing critical protections—such as passwords, firewalls, anti-malware, or disk encryption—and view your overall device posture status.
Operating systems: Shows up to five operating systems at a time; additional systems appear in the Others category. Each operating system includes the version on the device. You can click the device bar graph to view the top four versions for that operating system and click Others to see the full list of operating systems and versions.
Duo Client versions: Shows which Duo Client version is installed on each end user’s device. Click a user count to view additional details, including device name and email address.
Browser popularity: Displays the five most-used browsers at a time; additional browsers appear in the others category. You can click the device bar graph to view more details, including user name and user email address. Click Others to see the full list of browsers and versions. You can view data for all regions or filter by up to 12 regions at a time.
