Provides instructions for completing the Enable Cloud Malware Protection for Jira Tenants workflow in Cisco Secure Access. You must have full admin access to the Secure Access dashboard.

Secure Access supports Cloud Malware protection in Jira Enterprise sites for Jira pages and comments, as well as file attachments to Jira pages and comments. A tenant can access only a single Jira site; to apply Cloud Malware protection to multiple Jira sites, you must establish a separate tenant for each.

To enable this protection you must first authorize your Jira tenant with Secure Access as described here.

Before you begin

  • You must have full admin access to the Secure Access dashboard. See Manage Accounts.

  • You must have full admin access in a Jira account.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Authentication.

  3. In the Cloud Malware section, click Authorize New Tenant to add a Jira tenant to your Secure Access environment.
