Provides reference information about View SaaS Application Performance in Cisco Secure Access. This section describes how to view the availability and performance of SaaS applications as traffic flows from the Secure Access cloud.
This section describes how to view the availability and performance of SaaS applications as traffic flows from the Secure Access cloud. These are common SaaS applications used by today's enterprises, based on research by Cisco.
Navigate to: . In the SaaS applications in drop-down menu, select a region. For more information, see Secure Access Regions.
The table displays the following information for the selected location:
-
Status: Indicates whether the SaaS application is reachable. Click the Status value of a specific application to view a detailed breakdown of traffic flow by phase.
-
Response Time: The time a SaaS application takes to respond to user requests. High response times can indicate network latency or application inefficiencies. Click the Response Time value for a specific application to view a detailed breakdown by Wait time, DNS time, Connect time, and SSL time.
-
Response Code: Represents the interaction between the client and the server. A successful response code is in the 200-299 range.
-
Description: Provides the reason for an issue if a SaaS application is not reachable.
-
Latency: The time a data packet takes to travel from its source to its destination in a network.
-
Jitter: The variation in delay between data packets transmitted over a network.
-
Loss: Occurs when data packets transmitted across a network do not reach their destination (packet loss).
Click an Application name to open the Application Health detail pane. This pane displays the application's historical performance for Response Time, Latency, Packet Loss, and Jitter. You can filter this data by region and historical performance duration (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
