Stretch a tenant bridge domain between Cisco ACI and VXLAN EVPN domains to enable bridged communication through VXLAN data-plane encapsulation.
Use this procedure to extend a tenant bridge domain between Cisco ACI and VXLAN EVPN domains.
A VXLAN bridge domain stretch enables bridged communication between tenants in Cisco ACI and VXLAN EVPN domains through VXLAN data-plane encapsulation.
Before you begin

Configure the VXLAN Infra L3Out by using the procedure in Configure a VXLAN Infra L3Out by using the GUI.
Procedure

| 2. | Right-click VXLAN Stretch and choose Create VXLAN BD Stretch. The Create VXLAN BD Stretch window appears. |

| 3. | From the Bridge Domain drop-down list, choose an existing bridge domain, or click Create Bridge Domain to create one. |

| 4. | From the Border Gateway Set drop-down list, choose an existing border gateway set. For the bridge domain that you are stretching, ensure that L2 Unknown Unicast is set to Flood. |

| 5. | Configure the release-specific remote fabric and VNI settings:

| 6. | Click Submit. |
The tenant bridge domain is extended between the Cisco ACI and VXLAN EVPN domains. Tenants can use VXLAN data-plane encapsulation for bridged communication between the domains.
