The Cisco Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Option was used to enable custom agent desktops with Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Enterprise and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise. It is no longer offered as an option with purchases of Cisco contact center products. Cisco Finesse is now the agent desktop for Cisco contact center offerings.
