Overview of SAS/SASU

The SAS service program provides your customers with:

  Access to Cisco.com online tools and resources.
  Technical assistance available through the Cisco TAC for network application software.
  Maintenance releases: Your customer may download software patches, bug fixes, and maintenance releases for their supported software application.
  Minor releases: Minor releases include small functionality enhancements and improvements. Depending on the software, your customers can download minor updates either using the Product Upgrade Tool of the online Cisco Software Center available via Cisco.com:
