of how to position SMARTnet and SMARTnet Onsite with your
customers, you are going to complete the SMARTnet section
of this module by reviewing additional information about where
SMARTnet is offered.
The SMARTnet and SMARTnet Onsite programs are generally available
in North America, Western Europe, New Zealand, Mexico, Australia,
and select countries in Asia and South America. In multinational
locations outside of these areas, SMARTnet support is available
via the Global Solution Services (GSS) Program.
For all other locations, you can use the Cisco Service Availability
Matrix (SAM). You can access the Cisco SAM tool by entering
the URL below in your Web browser: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/agents/SAM/cca_sam_landing.cgi
A service availability check can be done for service level and
product location country combinations.
