Overview

BMC Remedy integrations enable automated IT Service Management by converting network events into tickets, streamlining collaboration, and enhancing incident management between network systems and BMC Remedy ITSM platforms.

Catalyst Center integration with BMC Remedy is a solution that

  • automates Catalyst Center IT Service Management (ITSM) by converting network events and alerts into actionable tickets in BMC Remedy,

  • streamlines workflows between network operations and the service desk, and

  • enhances visibility and reporting by enabling real-time status updates and centralized monitoring of network incidents within BMC Remedy. This improvement enhances incident response and resolution times.

The Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment for ITSM bundle retrieves events from Catalyst Center when assurance and maintenance issues occur, then publishes event data to ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar systems.

Note

The Catalyst Center integration with BMC Remedy ITSM system, currently supports only Incident Management workflows.
