A third benefit of the Cisco Brand Resale program is that it enables you to sell services while leveraging the Cisco support-logistics infrastructure.

Because your customers will be utilizing the Cisco.com online tools and resources, Cisco TAC, Cisco hardware depots, and other services provided by Cisco within SMARTnet, SMARTnet Onsite, and the other Technical Support Services programs, depending on your location, you may not need – or may not continue to need - to make a significant investment in providing these services or infrastructure yourself. The Cisco Brand Resale program allows you to provide these value-added service and increase your customers’ loyalty and operational effectiveness while still maintaining your bottom line.
