What is the Cisco Shared Support Program Replacing?
The Cisco Shared Support program will become available beginning
July 25, 2003, in specified countries, and will replace the following
partner-branded programs:

End of Sales for SIS98 is scheduled for July 31, 2004 in EMEA*.
For Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Canada the date is March 31,
2004. End of support is scheduled for March 31, 2007. This means
that effective April 1, 2007, Cisco will no longer support devices
previously covered by the partner's SIS98 contract unless new coverage
has been initiated under either the Cisco Shared Support program
or the Cisco Brand Resale program.

previous partner-branded programs to either the Cisco Shared Support
program or the Cisco Brand Resale program.
