Cisco-Brand Deliverables and Services

The majority of the Technical Support Services programs discussed in the previous module are available through the Cisco Brand Resale program. These programs include:

  SMARTnet
  SMARTnet Onsite
  Software Application Services (SAS)
  Software Application Services plus Upgrades (SASU)

As has already been mentioned, through these programs, your customers have access to the Cisco four key technical support service components:

  Cisco.com online tools and resources.
  Access to technical assistance through the Cisco TAC.
  Software support.
  Hardware replacement.

These key components are the underpinning of Cisco Technical Support Services programs, and deliver immediate, real-time access to expert information and assistance through the Cisco electronic delivery system or through its worldwide network of technical experts.
