How is the Cisco Shared Support Program Different From Cisco Brand Resale?
Using the Cisco Shared Support program, qualified partners can
utilize a combination of Cisco-provided key service components and
their own service offerings to create service programs that best
meet the needs of their customers.
While the Cisco Brand Resale program allows partners to resell
existing Cisco service programs like SMARTnet and maintain a minimum
level of involvement in their customer’s support strategy
(should the choose to do so), the Cisco Shared Support program enables
the partner to be the primary focal point for their customer and
maintain a high level of support involvement, while utilizing key
Cisco service offerings “behind the scenes.”
