Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.3(14)YQ is an XED release optimized for the the GGSN project. This release is based upon Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(14)T. This release introduces IOS support for General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) enhancements in order to support 3G UMTS networks on the MWAM platform. |

Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(14)YQ supports these platforms:
GPRS allows mobile users to wirelessly access Internet, E-mail, WAP and other essential services. GGSN is one of the components in the GPRS network to be the gateway between the PS domain of PLMN and IP networks such as the Internet and IMS. |
