Describes Cisco Unified Communications voice services that enable configuration of feature templates and voice policies for supported routers.
Cisco Unified Communications voice services are router capabilities that
-
enable configuration of feature templates and voice policies for Foreign Exchange Office (FXO), Foreign Exchange Station (FXS), FXS/Direct Inward Dialing (DID) interfaces, and Primary Rate Interface (PRI) Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN)
-
support DSPFarm feature template to enable Cisco IP-based media services, and
-
allow routers to process calls for various endpoints including voice ports for analog and digital interfaces, Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) dial peers, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) dial peers, and phone profiles in Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) mode.
