Cisco Systems© announces the end-of-sale dates for the Cisco Active Threat Analytics: Premier & Enhanced Services. The last day to order the affected service is August 1, 2018. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive service and support until the termination date of their contract. Table 1 describes the end-of-sale milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected service.

Cisco Solution Support services for the Cisco APIC are merging into a single offering: Cisco Solution Support for ACI. The last day to order the affected services is July 16, 2018. Customers with active contracts will continue to receive support and maintenance until the termination date of their contract.

Cisco Managed Services announces End of Sale for Managed CPE (MCPE) and CPE-as-a-Service(CPEaaS) offerings with immediate effect.

We will continue to serve existing MCPE and MCPEaaS customers per our contractual commitments through end of their term. After the expiry of contract, current MCPE customers have the option to migrate to Managed SD-WAN service.

Future potential MCPE customers, are encouraged to consider Managed SD-WAN service instead.

There is no replacement planned for CPEaaS offer going forward. In case of any questions, please contact your Cisco account team for more information.

Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for Cisco Metacloud. The last day for new customers to place new orders of the affected product(s) is November 7, 2017. Customers with active subscriptions will be able to order or renew subscriptions and continue to receive support from Cisco Metacloud Operations as per Table 1 of the EoL bulletin below. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid subscriptions, support, including changes to subscription commits and usage, will be available under the terms and conditions of the customers’ contract.
