Deciding whether the Cisco SMB Support Assistant program is right for your customer.

Would you benefit from a website that gathers all of the support information about your products in one portal in easy-to-use language?

Cisco SMB Support Assistant’s online support materials are consolidated into one portal and are written in an easy-to-understand and easy-to-use language. These materials are specifically targeted to the SMB products we discussed earlier in this module.

If your customer would benefit from more in-depth support materials written specifically for network administrators, they may want to consider SMARTnet. If your customer’s mix of products includes a significant number of products not covered under the program, they may also want to consider SMARTnet.
