Module 6: Hardware Replacement

The Value of Advance Replacement

Another benefit of Advance Replacement is that it saves your customers time.

As was mentioned earlier in this module, many customers do not realize that the average amount of time that it takes to receive a spare or replacement piece of equipment under warranty is 10 business days. With Advance Replacement support, your customers receive spares based on a timeframe that they determine together with you.

This helps tremendously in limiting the amount of any revenue-impacting network downtime that could occur.
