Advance Replacement

Cisco Advance Replacement is able to supply customers with equipment based on these levels of support by utilizing a global infrastructure of depots located in hundreds of locations around the world. Spares can be provided to your customers quickly via shipment from one of many local depots that is near their location, including:

  14 Distribution Centers
  27 Country Depots
  Over 650 Rapid Fulfillment Depots

To limit the impact that down time can have on a customer’s business and their end users’ satisfaction, it is important that the customer have nearby access to all of the resources necessary to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
