Q. How do I change the way TMS connects calls in a scheduled call?

A. TMS will automatically build calls with the route it determines to be best based on the capabilities of the systems booked in the call.

If you wish to override these settings, view the Conference Settings tab in the TMS Booking page when creating or editing a conference. Each leg of the call will have drop-down lists showing all the possible call combinations. Your choices are saved when the conference is saved.
