Q. I have TMS Tickets about a service not running on an old TMS Server. How do I get rid of them?
A. If you rename your TMS server or move TMS to another server, you may end up with TMS Tickets complaining about a service on the old machine name no longer responding. To clear the tickets:
Go to Administrative Tools > TMS Server Maintenance
Click the Clear List button.
All Service statuses will now be cleared, including old tickets.
