Module 10: Cisco SMB Support Assistant

Deciding whether the Cisco SMB Support Assistant program is right for your customer.

What is an acceptable response time to receive live support? If something happens on a Friday night, will you need immediate support, or can it wait until Monday?

You or your customers can open a service request with a Support Engineer at any time. The engineers that support Cisco SMB Support Assistant are experts in servicing SMB products. Live support with an engineer will be provided within one business day of the receipt of the case.

Ask questions to determine if one business day is an acceptable timeframe for resolution of a network issue. If your customer requires more immediate support, then they should consider SMARTnet as a solution since it provides 24x7 support with an aggressive escalation process.
