The NVP Cisco Master Agreement #AR3227 is a "discount off list price" contract. Contract pricing is benchmarked to the approved NVP and/or Participating Entity Contract Price List as updated and posted on the Cisco and NVP contract webpages. Minimum contract discounts off the NVP Contract Price List have been established for eligible purchasers and is firm for the contract term. However, additional incremental discounts may be offered by Cisco Fulfillment Partner above and beyond the minimum, guaranteed discounts offered by Cisco.

The hourly Value Added Service rates provided for Cisco Services are Not-To-Exceed (NTE) rates. Individual hours, or blocks of hours, may not be purchased separately. Cisco will use these rates to determine the total fixed price of a customer-approved Statement of Work (SOW) with specific deliverables.
For “Fulfillment Partner Services”, please contact the authorized Fulfillment Partner directly for their rates. They are authorized to only provide Basic Installation and Configuration services (i.e. rack and stack work, installation of purchased Cisco equipment, etc.) under this Cisco NVP Data Communications Master Agreement #AR3227.

Subject to a Participating State or Entity's Participating Addendum, leasing or alternative financing methods are allowable under the Cisco NVP Master Agreement #AR3227. If allowed under the Participating Addendum, the terms and conditions of the leasing or alternative financing methods are subject to negotiations between Cisco Capital, its designated and/or approved financing fulfillment partner and the Purchasing Entity.
Cisco has authorized certain Cisco qualified Fulfillment Partners to resell Cisco Products and Services under this buying vehicle. Prequalified fulfillment partner are authorized to directly take orders from authorized purchasers as well as invoice and receive payment under this contract.
Please refer to each Participating Entity’s website to obtain contact information for the authorized fulfillment partners in your area.
Customer ordering and fulfillment under this buying vehicle is done directly through fulfillment fartners who are authorized by Cisco to take orders, invoice customers, and receive payments, and to act as the primary points of contact for billing inquiries.

Cisco has finalized the PA template with NASPO ValuePoint and it has been sent to all interested Participating Entities to begin the negotiations process.
