Describes how to create a new product instance registration token by using Cisco Smart Software Manager so that you can register Cisco NCS 1004 with smart licensing.
To create a new token using Cisco Smart Software Manager, perform the following tasks:
Procedure
| 1. | Log in to the Cisco Smart Software Manager. |

| 2. | Select the token with the name that was provided while creating the token. |
|
| 3. | Click on the blue arrow on the token. The token ID generates. |
|
| 4. | Copy the token and register the NCS1004 with the same token ID. |
