Attending Your Appointment
This section provides information on how to attend your appointments in Cisco Extended Care.

Note
Always start your healthcare connection ahead of schedule, so that you allow yourself enough time to fill in any posted provider questionnaires, read emails from your provider, or review your historical wellness readings (the health indicators, blood pressure, etc.)
To attend your appointment, perform the following procedure:
Step 1
Open your browser and use your Internet connection to log in to your healthcare connector.
Step 2
Click on the Message tab to check for any messages from the provider.
Step 3
Click on the Readings tab to review your historic wellness readings.
Step 4
When you are ready for your appointment, select an appointment from the Appointments window, or from the Calendar tab to find your current appointment, and click Start.

Step 5
Answer the questionnaire, or click Skip to skip to questionnaire.
Step 6
Click Answer when your provider connects to the video appointment.
You will hear a ring or see the provider in your video window.Step 7
Once you are in an appointment, you will see the Cisco Extended Care Appointment window as shown in Figure Patient’s Appointment Screen
Step 8
Click End to end the appointment.

Note
Note: When using Cisco Jabber™ for iPad, the function End, stops the appointment, but not the video connection. Use the Jabber controls to stop the video.
Step 9
Click Logout to exit from your healthcare connection.
