You can upload resource details to CSSM through On-Prem SSM.

Before you begin

You must enable On-Prem SSM connection mode. For more information refer to Configure connection mode.

Procedure

	1.	From the main menu, choose Tools > License Manager > Reporting.
	2.	Click the Smart License Compliance card.
	3.	In the Smart License Compliance window, click Let's Do It. To skip this window in the future, check Don't show this to me again.
	4.	In the Select Smart Account window, choose Smart Account and Virtual Account from the drop-down list.
	5.	Click Next.
	6.	In the Choose Sites and Devices window, choose the devices from which you want to retrieve the resource utilization details and click Next.
	7.	To upload the resource utilization details instantly, click Next in the Modify Policy window. If you want to modify the scheduled reporting frequency, use the options provided. Under Policy Settings, click Modify corresponding to the Reporting Interval field. In the Change Reporting Interval window, enter the value. The reporting interval (in days) denotes the frequency of scheduled upload of resource utilization details from on-premise SSM to Cisco Cloud SSM. The frequency of uploads can be increased but cannot be reduced below the minimum reporting frequency (24 hours). Click Save.
	8.	In the Sync Data with Cisco window, click Next.
	9.	In the Summary window, click Finish. After synchronization with CSSM is successful, you receive an acknowledgment on your devices.
