Module 1: Cisco Service Expert Program Curriculum Overview

Navigation

You can access each of the modules identified on the previous three pages by:

  Clicking the module name in the Navigation Bar that displays on the left side of this page.
  Clicking the Next button at the end of each module as you complete it – this allows you to complete the curriculum, in order.

You also have the ability to jump directly to a specific topic within a module by selecting the appropriate topic name within the module on the Navigation Bar. For example, to access the topic What is Cisco.com? (covered in Module 3, Cisco.com Online Tools and Resources) you would:

  Click Online Tools and Resources in the Navigation Bar.
2.
  Click the What is Cisco.com? topic from the list of topics that displays.

Once you are within an individual module, you can navigate from page-to-page using the Next and Previous buttons that you have already used in this current module.

  The Next button takes you to the next page in the curriculum.
  The Previous button allows you to go back and review the last page you accessed.
