Module 1: Cisco Service Expert Program Curriculum Overview

Do I Incur Any Risks by Not Promoting Service?

What does this mean to you? If you are not offering a comprehensive solution to your customers that includes both products and services to support them, you are running significant risks that can impact future business with your customers. Some of these risks include:

Customers may feel you care more about “the sale” than their relationship and success.
You may lose your customers’ business if they perceive that you do not have the ability to support them when networking-impacting – and revenue impacting – issues arise.
Customers will not actively promote you to others in the industry and market your company’s good name.

Is it worth running the risk of losing business – and revenue – as a result of your customers switching to competitors of yours who have the resources and processes in place to support them?
