Set Up Wired Network
The Cisco Spaces: Connector enables you to connect your wired and wireless networks with Cisco Spaces.
To set up a wired network, you must have Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series switches and also Cisco Spaces: Connector installed on a virtual machine.
Cisco Spaces: Connector 3.0 is now available under the section. You can create 3.0 connectors under the Wired Network.
Connector 3.0 capabilities such as service association, instance tracking, and metrics visualizations, are available in the Wired Network section.
The Wired Network page includes connector and switch management actions, such as Create Connector, View Connectors, Add Switches, and View Switches. In the Configure Spaces Connector section, you can create connectors.

In the Configure Spaces Connector section.

Click Create Connectors.

Click Create New Connector.

In the Spaces Connector Name field, enter the spaces connector name.

Click Save.

Click View Connectors.

In the Actions column, click the Test Connectivity, Edit, or Delete icon if needed.

In the Add Switch section.

Click Add Switches.

Select Add new switch.
Select Connectors from the drop-down list.
In the Switch Name field, enter the Switch name.
In the Switch IP field, enter Switch IP.
In the Netconfig Username field, enter the Netconfig Username.
Click Add Location, then select the location from the loation hierarchy.

Select Choose switches from another connector.
Click Add Location, then select the location from the loation hierarchy.
Choose connector from the drop-down list.

Select Import switches from spreadsheet.
Select Connector from the drop-down list.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Click Next.

Click Save.

Click View Switches.

In the Actions column, click the Test Connectivity, Edit, or Delete icon if required.
