Viewing the Cluster Nodes Associated With a Central Call Agent

Procedure


Step 1blank.gif Select Configure > Central Call Agents.

The system displays the Central Call Agents page, containing the name of the central call agent that you have configured.

Step 2blank.gif To view the cluster nodes associated with the central call agent, click the underlined name of the call agent.

The system displays the CUCM Profile page with the Profile tab highlighted.

Step 3blank.gif Click the Cluster Nodes tab.

The system displays the CUCM Profile page with the cluster nodes that have been configured.

Step 4blank.gif To retrieve a node, do the following:

a.blank.gif Click Retrieve Nodes. The system displays a warning message stating that the system will automatically contact Cisco Unified Communications Manager and download all configured cluster nodes.

b.blank.gif Click OK to retrieve the nodes.
