The Presentation Screen allows you to manage local presentations. Your Presentation Screen options are described in the following sections:

•Presentation-in-Picture (PiP) Control Screen

Presentation Privacy Alert

The Presentation Screen is available at the beginning of a call to allow you to choose whether to share an active local presentation or to dismiss the sharing option (video graphics array (VGA) input disabled).

Dismiss	Touch (button down) to dismiss.
Share	Touch (button down) to share the local active presentation.
Softkey
Dismiss	Touch to dismiss.
Share	Touch to share the local active presentation.

Presentation-in-Picture (PiP) Control Screen

The Presentation-in-Picture Control Screen allows you to show or remove an incoming or local presentation on the main display screen.

Note PiP options are usually available on systems that do not use an LCD monitor for presentation.

Navigation Type	Description
Button
Left	Touch to display the PiP on the bottom left side of the main display screen.
Center	Touch to display the PiP in the bottom center of the main display screen.
Right	Touch to display the PiP on the bottom right side of the main display screen.
None	Removes the PiP from the main display screen. Note This setting cannot be saved.
Softkey
Save	Saves the current presentation setting.
Exit	Exits the PiP Control Screen.
