Roadm attribute is not populated due to missing data
Name attribute of shelf, card and Port contains uuid str. This value comes from ZTE controller response with uuid format
Model_number, serial_number, software_version, and part_number will be empty for some Inventory_items. Not mandatory attributes in TAPI standard.
