Cisco Cloud Control is the unified operations platform that brings every Cisco domain into one consistent environment, enabling teams to proactively manage, govern, and operate across the full IT estate from a single experience. It features an AI Assistant for personalized recommendations and integrates with AI Canvas, a collaborative workspace where human operators and AI agents work together to resolve issues. The platform simplifies management by offering a single operational interface that complements existing Cisco product controllers, reducing complexity and improving efficiency for IT operations. It enables seamless cross-domain workflows and a consistent user experience without replacing individual product dashboards.
Cisco Cloud Control brings together inventory, topology, actions, identity, and workflows into a unified operating experience. These capabilities support an AgenticOps model in which governed AI agents help operators correlate information across domains, investigate issues, and take action on issues that need attention.

Teams can view inventory across linked tenants in one place and navigate to any tenant they’re authorized to access, making complex environments easier to manage at scale. Note: A tenant group can include only one ThousandEyes tenant and one Security tenant. |

A Tenant Full Admin can now invite an administrator who manages a tenant for another Cisco product to add that tenant to an existing tenant group. This brings data from the newly linked product tenant into Inventory and Topology while preserving each administrator’s existing product permissions. |

Cisco Cloud Control now supports Catalyst Center through Meraki and Catalyst Center Global Overview, bringing campus and branch environments into the unified experience. Catalyst Center inventory, topology, and status context is also available in AI Canvas, helping teams investigate network issues with more context. |

Cisco Identity is now available in Cisco Cloud Control, bringing identity data from Okta, Cisco ISE, and Microsoft Active Directory into a centralized view. Inventory now synchronizes data at product-specific intervals and automatically removes assets that have not reported data for three days. Asset details show active issues in real time and provide keyword search and severity filters. AI-powered search now supports ThousandEyes, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, Cisco Secure Access, and Collaboration Control Hub. |

Each Cisco Cloud Control tenant now has its own Workflows instance, keeping workflows and related assets scoped to the appropriate tenant. For linked Meraki organizations that already use Workflows, the same workflows and assets are available in both Cisco Cloud Control and Meraki. |

AI Canvas now supports the Workflows agent, enabling teams to discover, configure, and run available workflows directly within an investigation. Workflows can be suggested by AI Canvas based on the conversation or selected directly by the user. This beta capability supports Default mode only. |

AI Canvas now lets teams choose which Cisco agents handle a request. Teams can select one or more agents for specific Cisco products or let AI Canvas choose the appropriate agent automatically, giving them more control over the product expertise used in an investigation. |

Licensing now provides license data for Security Cloud Control (Cisco Secure Access). Cisco Cloud Control displays licenses for the product tenants that are based on your region and your authorized access. |

| When an existing Cisco Cloud Control user is added to additional product tenants and signs in to Cisco Cloud Control without first signing in to those products, the tenant switcher may display unexpected product tenant options instead of the appropriate tenant group. Selecting one of these options results in a session error. |
The user must sign in to the products to which they were added and then sign in to Cisco Cloud Control again. If the unexpected tenant options remain, clear the browser cache and sign in again. |
| When adding a new user through Admin Console, Cisco Cloud Control does not verify that the user has access to a Cisco product tenant or holds the administrator role required for tenant linking. As a result, the invited administrator may not have a product tenant available, cannot add a tenant to the group, and may receive limited results from AI Canvas and AI Assistant. |
Before sending the invitation, verify that the administrator has access to the product tenant and holds the required account- or organization-level administrator role for that product.
