Scope

• Data Communications: For the purposes of this Scope of Work and the resulting Master Agreements, Data Communications is defined as the products and services that provide the technological capabilities to transmit, receive, and manage digital information through information technology networks. This SOW seeks the Contractor to provide all aspects of data communications capabilities in a holistic solution, that includes hardware, software, and services, to develop, establish, maintain, secure, and expand data communications networks.
• Networking: The infrastructure and systems that enable connectivity and data transfer, including routers, switches, network management and network optimization tools.
• Unified Communications: Data Communications products and technologies that integrate various communications to provide the capability of exchanging digital information seamlessly including, but not limited to, voice, video, and text and other forms of media.
• Wireless Networking: Technologies that enable data communication over wireless mediums, including Wi-Fi access points, wireless controllers, and related management tools.
• Security: Solutions that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and network resources, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption technologies, and secure access controls.
• Facilities Management: Products and technologies that provide digital capabilities to manage, monitor, and control various facilities functions utilizing access control systems, security and surveillance, energy and climate control, alert and emergency response systems, etc.

Pricing and Discounts

The hourly Value Added Service rates provided for Cisco Services are Not-To-Exceed (NTE) rates. Individual hours, or blocks of hours, may not be purchased separately. Cisco will use these rates to determine the total fixed price of a customer-approved Statement of Work (SOW) with specific deliverables.

Authorized Cisco Fulfillment Partners

Cisco will authorize certain Cisco qualified Fulfillment Partners to resell Cisco Products and Services under this buying vehicle. Prequalified fulfillment partner will be authorized to directly take orders from authorized purchasers as well as invoice and receive payment under this contract.

Ordering and Payment

Customer ordering and fulfillment under this buying vehicle is done directly through fulfillment partners who are authorized by Cisco to take orders, invoice customers, and receive payments, and to act as the primary points of contact for billing inquiries. Master Agreement (MA) Fulfillment Partners

RFxPremier allows eligible entities to purchase directly under the Master Agreement without an executed Participating Addendum. Cisco is running an initial pilot with a limited group of national Fulfillment Partners for direct MA sales through CY2027. Partners not part of this pilot are not authorized to quote or sell directly against the Master Agreement at this time. The pilot program will be monitored, and future expansion of the national Fulfillment Partner roster will be considered at a later date.

Participating Addendum (PA) Fulfillment Partners

The onboarding process for the new RFxPremier Participating Addendums aims to transition eligible Fulfillment Partners currently under the NVP AR3227 Participating Addendum to the new agreement.

Fulfillment Partner transitions for PAs will begin after any given PA is executed between Cisco and the Participating State/Entity. Once a PA is executed, details on Fulfillment Partner transitions will be published and regularly updated.

All Fulfillment Partner transitions will be subject to Participating Addendum contract holder approval.

Master Agreement (MA) List of Authorized Fulfillment Partners

The following Cisco partners 1) currently qualify under Cisco's established partner selection criteria for the RFxPremier Master Agreement, and 2) have been authorized by Cisco to participate as Cisco Subcontractors under that agreement. No other Cisco partner is authorized to sell under the RFxPremier Master Agreement at this time:
