Overview
Provides a step-by-step procedure for initiating the upgrade process from the Software Management page, including scheduling the upgrade and tracking its progress.
Before you begin

Create a backup of your Catalyst Center Global Manager database.

If your deployment uses a firewall, ensure Catalyst Center Global Manager can access this location on the cluster node to download system and package files from: https://www.ciscoconnectdna.com:443.
Only users with the SUPER-ADMIN-ROLE can complete this procedure.
Procedure
| 1. | A pop-up window opens in the top-right corner, indicating that a new version of Catalyst Center Global Manager is available. Click the Go to Software Management link.

| 2. | In the Software Management page, click Upgrade. |

| 3. | In the Upgrade Release dialog box, click Install. |
|
| 4. | In the Schedule Upgrade dialog box, specify when you want to start the upgrade, then click Download. You can track the upgrade progress from the Activities page. |
