Module 13: Next Steps

Cisco Service Expert Program

As mentioned in Module 1: Cisco Service Expert Program Curriculum Overview, this curriculum has been built to test your knowledge on the information covered and to ensure that you receive credit for completing the course. An assessment for the Cisco Service Expert Program curriculum is given using Certification.net, a Web-based assessment tool used to administer tests available for Cisco Partners and Reseller Specialization Programs. By completing this assessment, you are going to:

Earn career credentials demonstrating your expertise with operational and core services as a Cisco Service Expert.
Receive a Certificate of Completion to verify that you completed the course.

Completing this exam is important. Cisco appreciates the time you invest in training and “up-skilling” yourself, and we want to ensure that you are successful.

The next few pages are going to cover the steps you need to take to complete this assessment.
