Course Evaluation

Now that you have completed the Cisco Service Expert Program curriculum, please take a few minutes to complete the short, online course evaluation that has been developed to support the Cisco Service Expert Program program.

The course evaluation for this curriculum is given using a Cisco internal, Web-based evaluation tool, the Training Evaluation System (TES). You can:

  Wait to receive an e-mail confirmation that provides you with a link to the course evaluation.

If you choose to complete the evaluation at a later date, you will receive an e-mail within 30 days of the date that you initially accessed the Cisco Service Expert Program curriculum that will contain a URL that will take you directly to the evaluation.
