Joseph is Global Vice President, Customer Experience, Incubation Services & Technology. His team continuously works to identify new opportunities to help customers around the world adapt to a rapidly changing digital world. This includes the incubation and delivery of IoT services for edge computing, industrial networking and OT security, and smart city solutions.

Joseph has deep knowledge of both start-up and enterprise businesses, and is a technology disruption thought leader for emerging technologies and business culture. Prior to joining Cisco, he was President at Uptake Technologies, CEO at C3 Communications, and Vice President/General Manager of AT&T’s Data Communications group.

He holds an economics degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. David Chung has nearly 30 years of experience in information technology (IT) strategic management and entrepreneurship development, and worked in several IT firms. He joined Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited in March 2004 and was responsible for taking forward Cyberport's IT infrastructure and incubation. He was Chief Technology Officer when he left Cyberport in February 2016. Public service positions held by Dr. Chung include Council Member of the Hong Kong Computer Society, Convenor of the IT Expert Advisory Group of the Consumer Council, and Member of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Expert Committee on Cloud Computing Services and Standards.

Mark Phibbs is Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Cisco in the Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China (APJC) region, and has more than 25 years of international experience in the IT industry. Mark leads the Cisco Marketing & Communications team across APJC, as Cisco expands from its core as a Networking technology provider, to a multifaceted supplier of Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Cloud & Internet of Things solutions.

His team is focused on inspiring people to prefer, choose and advocate for Cisco in the region, by focusing on real time personalized marketing and experiences. Mark is originally from Sydney, Australia and has held a number of senior executive marketing and sales roles with brands such as IBM, Microsoft and Adobe, both in Asia Pacific and in Europe.

Mark is a passionate advocate of digital marketing and the increasingly important role the marketing function plays in the area of digital disruption and customer experience. At Adobe, Mark championed the move to SaaS and Cloud-based solutions, and transformed marketing to support an ‘always on’ marketing environment.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and has successfully completed Business Management courses at the prestigious Kellogg School of Management, Wharton Business School and the Haas School of Business Berkeley in the United States and is a Fellow of the Marketing Academy.

Raymond Janse van Rensburg is the Engineering and Technology Leader for the Enterprise Segment at Cisco in the Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China (APJC) region. He is responsible for aligning Cisco’s customer facing sales engineering and business architecture team with Cisco’s broad technical strategy and solutions. This technology focus includes Cisco’s entire technology portfolio that consists of Networking, Security, Cloud, Collaboration, IoT and several other strategic areas. His team is focused on building the bridge between Cisco’s technology solutions and the customers’ business imperatives.

Raymond has more than 25 years of experience in the Communications and IT industry, including 20 years at Cisco. Since joining Cisco in 1998 as a Systems Engineer, Raymond has held a number of sales, engineering and leadership roles spanning Enterprise, Public Sector and Commercial in Africa, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

Raymond is a CCIE Emeritus and holds a Honours Degree in Data Communications from the University of the Free State (South Africa).

Sunil Amin, Principal Engineer, Cisco

As Principal Engineer, Sunil is responsible for leading the strategic architectural efforts that drive innovation and efficacy for the Cisco security portfolio. Sunil joined Cisco, in 2016, as part of the Lancope acquisition having held multiple engineering and engineering management roles over the 13 years of his tenure. At the time of acquisition, Sunil was Chief Scientist tasked with driving forward Lancope’s vision for a software platform for advanced security analytics. Prior to joining Lancope, he founded a software company providing protocol and signaling software stacks for telecommunications management systems. He also previously held engineering roles at Mitsubishi Telecommunications, Hitachi Telecommunications and Nortel (UK).

Javed Asghar, Principal Engineer, Cisco

Javed Asghar is a Principal Engineer in Cisco ACI team since 2015. He is principally responsible and was instrumental in the definition and architecture of ACI security, ACI Anywhere Cloud Extensions and ACI Multisite. Recently, he has also taken on additional responsibility to accelerate the adoption of ACI in Telco DC and 5G service provider networks around the world. Prior to ACI Javed Asghar was one of the architect who build the ASR9k service provider grade router running XR OS. He has a young family and enjoys playing sports with his son.

Todd Bates, Head of International Marketing, Telstra

Todd Bates is Head of International Marketing for Telstra based in Singapore. He is responsible for leading Telstra’s global product and field marketing teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas, shaping the way the way Telstra's portfolio is taken to market through content marketing, digital campaigns, PR and analyst/influencer programmes. Todd has held a number of B2B technology marketing and product roles in Asia, Europe and Australia and is recognised as a Chartered Marketer by London's Chartered Institute of Marketing. When he's not wrestling with pixels and paragraphs, Todd can be found exploring the oceans of the world or supporting Chelsea FC.

Robin Cai, Director of Technology Solution, Cisco

Robin is a director of Technology Solution for Greater China. He has 15+ years of IT consulting and solution development experience in China, Canada and US. His recent focus is to apply cloud, IoT and ML technologies for digital transformation opportunities across Financial Services, Manufacture and other industries. Robin joined Cisco in 2011, and prior to that he was a Senior Manager leading IT strategy consulting services in PwC.

Robin holds Master of Engineering degree from University of Waterloo in Canada.

Cally Chan, General Manager, Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau

Cally Chan is General Manager of Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau, leading the overall strategy and business operations, raising the talent bar and providing leadership in customer satisfaction and business growth. Cally leverages on over 27 years of business and IT experience to drive Microsoft’s Mission to empower every person and every organization to achieve more. The key focus is enabling technology, accelerating digital transformation for customers and partners, and empowering people and societies through technology innovations.

Previously she served as Managing Director and Vice President of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Group from 2010 to 2017.

Cally is passionate about driving digital transformation and diversity. She is Chairlady of the first-ever IT women’s “FACE Club” of the Hong Kong Computer Society, a Director of the Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and a Director of the Employees Retraining Board (ERB), to name just a few of her external positions.

Cally holds an Executive MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Computing Studies from the University of Hong Kong.

Duncan Chiu, Chief Representative, Hengqin FTZ (Hong Kong) Representative Office

Duncan is the President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC), the Chairman of Lai Yuen Company Limited and the Managing Director of Radiant Venture Capital Limited. He graduated from Pepperdine University in the United States with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Over the years, he has been enthusiastic about participating in IT , cultural and entertainment related investment projects and also social affairs.

For the last 20 years, Duncan has been actively engaged in the IT sector and has invested in technology corporations and start-ups in Greater China, North America and Israel. A number of them have been listed on the stock exchanges in Hong Kong and overseas. In2014, he co-founded Radiant Venture Capital which mainly invests in early-stage tech startups and now has more than 30 technology startup investments in its portfolio.

As the President of HKITJC, Duncan also regularly participates in and organises technology and entrepreneurship exchanges and sharing activities and frequently serves as mentor of startup companies. Supporting innovation and entrepreneurship development in Hong Kong, making recommendations and suggestions on the government's IT policies and promoting China-Hong Kong integration are HKITJC's main advocacies.

Duncan also participates in several other roles regarding the establishment of the Greater Bay Area. In March of 2018, Duncan was appointed as Chief Representative of Hengqin Free Trade Zone (Hong Kong) Representative Office. In July of the same year, HKITJC and One Country Two Systems Research Institute jointly composed a research report on the innovation and technology development of the Greater Bay Area and explored the role and opportunity for Hong Kong. There were more than a hundred proposals and suggestions for innovation and technology policy and strategic development of the Greater Bay Area.

In addition, HKITJC has organised various events over the years. In 2017, it hosted "Delegation of the Hong Kong Leaders in Innovation and Technology Sectors" in Beijing with the aim for encouraging exchanges, improving understanding of Mainland's IT development and strengthening communication within the industry.

Since 2015, HKITJC jointly organised the “Hong Kong ICT Mission” with Hong Kong Trade Development Council and had visited United States, Israel, Japan and the United Kingdom to have industrial exchanges and collaborative explorations at different levels between technology industry players. Moreover, Duncan has held the “Hong Kong International Entrepreneurs Festival” and has become its co-chairman for three consecutive years since 2015.

In order to link up technology venture funds and investors in Hong Kong, Duncan was invited to be Chairman of Cyberport Investors Network (CIN) Steering Group. This group promotes the establishment of a professional platform of the venture funds and supports the development and funding need for science and technology related enterprises.

In the cultural and creative industries, Duncan has also made various investments. He reactivated the classic brand "Lai Yuen" by launching “Lai Yuen Super Summer 2015” at Hong Kong Central Harbourfront Event Space. With the theme of "Original, Hong Kong Local, Be Creative", in70-dayof operations, the event received 1.2 million visitors. In 2016, Duncan continued to lead his team in delivering fun by launching "Lai Yuen Super Summer 2016". In December of the same year, Lai Yuen brought its footprint out of Hong Kong for the first time. It hosted “Good Goods 2016 Guangzhou Expo” and determined to spread the happiness and local characteristics of Hong Kong to other cities. In 2017, Lai Yuen explored the catering business by opening "Lai Yuen Restaurant". In 2019, another catering brand "Cuisine 1949" was established.

Zongjie Diao, Director of Product Strategy and Management, Cisco

Zongjie, aka “Z”, is currently a Director of Product Strategy at Cisco’s Data Center Compute product group (DCC). DCC provides world leading compute solutions to enterprise and SMB customers. DCC’s leading products include Unified Compute Systems (UCS), Cisco Converged Infrastructure (FlexPod, FlashStack, VBlock, etc.) and Cisco’s own HyperConverged solution – HyperFlex.

Z is known to be the “Intrapreneur”, who helps drive Cisco compute core product strategy, as well as identifying adjacent and new market opportunities to drive business growth across UCS and HyperFlex. She also leads the Product Management team for Cisco’s AI/ML infrastructure products, aiming at helping Cisco’s customers deploy AI/ML in both on-prem and multi-cloud environment.

Prior to Cisco, Z worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. She was appointed to be the first Engagement Manager at McKinsey’s Fast Growth Tech Practice, specialized in serving start-ups. Prior to McKinsey, she spent 6 years in Singapore as a Product Engineer at Avago and a Supply Chain consultant at iCognitive.

Shamil Fernando, Manager Systems Engineering, Cisco Singapore

More than 20 years of working/hands-on experience in the field of Information Technology with a focus on Application Quality Assurances, Clouds services, Virtualization, SDN, and SD-WAN. Shamil Joined Cisco with Viptela Acquisition. Currently, working for Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer Manager and responsible for SD-WAN pre-sales, technical activities in Asia Pacific & Japan region.

Mark Fettroll, Digital Transformation Director, Orange Business Services

Mark Fettroll is responsible for the development of digital transformation strategy for customers based on their business opportunities and built on industry trends, market leading technologies and best practices.

In his current role, Fettroll has managed many large transformational projects for enterprises customers in various sectors, including regional insurer, global F&B company and global mining company, across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and UK.

Before joining Orange Business Services, Fettroll was Head of Application Intelligence Practice, APAC, Middle East & Africa at BT, leading key technology product pre-sales and partnerships for BT Global Services.

Fettroll has a strong technical background that covers SDx, applications and IoT, security, network and cloud. With over 17 years of experience in technology consulting, pre-sales and partnerships, Fettroll is passionate about creating business value and driving innovation using the right technology approach.

Fettroll is a Business Information Technology graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, and is currently based in Hong Kong.

Billy Fung, IoT Business Development Director, Cisco

Billy Fung is a IoT Business Development Director of Cisco Systems. Billy is responsible for digital transformation business of various industries in Greater China region. He has been working for Cisco for over 21 years and with more than 25 years of experience in IT and telecommunications industry. In addition to business development, Billy worked as an IoT Architect for Asia Pacific and Greater China region for five years and also had been a Sales Manager for Hong Kong public sector.

Professor Witman Hung, JP, Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People's Congress (NPC), Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority

Professor Hung is currently the Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, Witman has worked in the industry for more than 30 years. He is the President Emeritus of the Internet Professional Association, Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society, Vice President and Secretary General of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Industry University Research Collaboration Association and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of HK. Witman was elected as a Director of the Board of the World Summit Awards, an initiative within the framework of UN WSIS. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited (0404.HK), VSTECS Holdings Limited (0865.HK), Sino Hotels (Holdings) Limited (1221.HK) and LH Group Limited (1978.HK), four companies listed in the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Witman is a Chartered Information Technology Professional and a fellow of the British Computer Society, the Hong Kong Computer Society and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Professor Hung served as a Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government during 2012-2014, and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Jinan University.

In 2008, Witman was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2016, he was given the Asia Social Innovation Leadership Award by CMO Asia and in 2017 he was given Light of Civilization 2017 Chinese Cultural Exchange Person of the Year. In 2015 he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Martin Ip, Head of Advanced Solutions and Services, Macroview Telecom

Martin Ip is the Head of Advanced Solutions and Services in Macroview Telecom Hong Kong and Macau, leading the technology strategy planning and technical presales activity of advanced security and infrastructure solutions for Service Provider as well as Enterprise.

Martin joined Macroview Telecom in 1995 and since then brought to the company numerous project achievements. Martin’s technology exposure and field experience span across SP Network Infrastructure, Optical SDH, DWDM ROADM, Carrier-grade VoIP and SS7 Integration, HDX WiFi, IPUC & Contact Center, Telepresence, SDDC, SP Anti-DDoS and Media Headend Infrastructure. His latest focuses are Adaptive Security Architecture and Hybrid ICT Life-Cycle Service Model and Automation Delivery based on integration of Cloud OS, Cisco ACI, various SDN and InterCloud technology.

Martin has assumed a solution architect role supporting a local large-scale SP infrastructure of over 30,000 units of router and switch. Martin’s involvement ranged from infrastructure design, implementation and evolution of the world’s largest Cisco-based Metro Ethernet network at that point in time. Martin has got his CCIE qualification in 1999 and assumed respectively the role of the Head of Engineering Operation in 2004, Unified Communication 2007, Advanced Solutions and Services 2012.

Emily Kong, Managing Director, Cisco Greater China

Ms Kong has over 28 years of experience in business management, professional services delivery, information technology strategic planning, architecture design and software application development, programme and project management of large-scale systems integration solutions in multi-vendor and end-user environments, with diversified industrial experiences.

Leading Digital Transformation Group at Cisco Systems Inc., Ms Kong is managing a strategic professional services practice specializing in Digitalization and Internet-of-Everything Solution comprises of a vast portfolio of products ranging from hardware, software, services, and third-party offerings.

Ms Kong has championed many iconic Smart City and Internet-of-Things engagements in the region, including Cisco’s flagship Smart & Connected Communities projects in South China, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. She also possesses in-depth expertise and experience of China marketplace with strong understanding and relationship with local government driving innovation projects at provincial and city level in the mainland.

Prior to Cisco, Ms Kong held various directorship and senior management positions at renowned global companies. She holds membership at several industry forums and chapters, and serves as the technology advisor to government boards and committees. She is also a frequent speaker at public events.

Mark Krischer, Wireless Evangelist, Cisco APJC

Mark has over 20 years of experience across Mobility and Security technologies, and joined Cisco in 2001 as part of the Radiata acquisition where he was the Director of Software Engineering.

As part of Cisco’s Wireless Networking Business Unit, Mark led the Sydney Software Engineering group, and was responsible for the design and development for such technologies as EAP FAST (IETF RFC 4851) and Management Frame Protection (802.11w).

Prior to his involvement in Wireless, Mark focused on Intrusion Detection and the application of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to secure networking protocols and services at BBN Technologies.

Through his engineering work, Mark holds 18 patents in wireless and security.

Mark received his Masters of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of NSW in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Rica Lai, Business Development Manager, Cisco APJC

Rica has over 25 years of solid field experience in leading the vertical customers and government body as trusted advisor, adopting the cutting-edge networking solutions to optimize the business outcome from digital transformation. As a veteran networking engineering consultant with the depth and breathe coverage in enterprise accounts, Rica makes use of his discerning insight to strategize the go-to-market direction for the suite of new solutions, DNA, SD-Access, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6 to accelerate the market penetration.

Prior joining Cisco APJC Architecture team as BDM, he was a solution architect with Cisco for over 18 years, specialized in mobility wireless, enterprise routing and switching solutions.

George Lan, Regional Account Director, Intel Corporation

George Lan is the Regional Director of Business Development, Sales and Marketing in the growing areas of Data Center, Cloud, Big-data/Analytics, AI, Network Transformation and IOT with Cisco across East Asia. He is based in Tokyo.

Gilbert Mak, Vice President, China Business, Commercial Group, HKT

As the Vice President of Mainland China region in HKT, Gilbert is responsible for engineering operations, solution consultancy and CPE business to provide telecommunications value-added and system integration services to enterprise customers in the country.

Gilbert has been working in PCCW and HKT for over 25 years, having extensive experience in ICT solutions across China and Hong Kong. During his early years in HKT, he has led HKT’s ISP (Netvigator), IDC and IPVPN business as technical director, helped developing the broadband Internet services, IDC network infrastructure and MPLS VPN platform.

From 2002, Gilbert migrated to mainland China to help expanding the China Business for PCCW and HKT. He worked in various joint venture and subsidiaries of PCCW and HKT to support ISP, IDC, IP VPN, system integration and other telecommunications business. With his great contribution, Gilbert is regarded as key management personnel in HKT’s China business.

Steven Medeiros, President, Dimension Data Hong Kong & Macau

Mr Steven Medeiros is the President and CEO for Dimension Data Hong Kong and Macau. In his role as Steven oversees all aspects of Dimension Data's business operations and activities in Hong Kong and Macau and lends his expertise in transformational IT business leadership to the team.

Steven spent the last 10 years building successful regional businesses in both Asia Pacfic, Japan, and the Middle East. For much of his career, Steven has been in senior and executive leadership positions with a focus on Software-as-a-Service, cloud enablement, and consulting.

Prior to joining Dimension Data, Steven worked at Kony Inc., a mobile applications platform provider, where he successfully led and built its Asia Pacific and Middle East business and channels in the markets of Dubai, Qatar, Japan, Greater China, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Tim Nan, Global Head, Regional Product Management, Security Business Group, Cisco

Tim Nan is the global head for Regional Product Management within Cisco’s Security Business Group.  His focus is to develop localized Go to Market strategy in strategic regions, such as China, India, and Russia.  Previously, he was the Business Development Director Cisco’s Global Security Sales Organization within Greater China focusing on market awareness for the Cisco security portfolio and grow the business significantly in Greater China.  Prior to Cisco, Tim had been in product management, business development, and sales roles for RSA and Symantec. With over 15 years experience in the security industry, Tim has worked on key security projects for enterprises and government entities across various vertical segments throughout the world in areas ranging from advanced threat prevention, network security, messaging security, end point security, and fraud prevention.

Zdravka Paskaleva Newman, Lead Smart and Connected Communities, Cisco APJC

Zdravka Paskaleva Newman is a 15 year veteran at Cisco. She held various roles within the company expanding between sales, strategy and consulting.

Zdravka started her professional career within Cisco in the Netherlands as a sales executive for education sector. She quickly then supported various customers in complex ICT projects including Connected Real Estate for new mega educational campuses such as Amsterdam Community College, The Hague Community College and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

After 5 years serving education market Zdravka took a year off to complete a dual MBA at Nyenrode Business University and Kellogg School of Management defending her master thesis on Engagement Models for Smart Cities.

Upon returning at Cisco she took ownership of the Smart and Connected Communities (S+CC) charter for The Netherlands. Her most recent work in that role was developing strategy around the role of technologies for sustainable urban development. Applying new methodology to Dutch urban development, Zdravka orchestrated a complex PPP project between City of Eindhoven, VolkerWessels (top tier real estate developer) and Cisco to deliver smart and connected community on the premises of Strijp-S – leading development within the Netherlands. City of Eindhoven has been voted the Smartest Region in 2011 by ICF.

In addition Zdravka has played central role in other smart urban development projects such as Smart Work Centres in Amsterdam, Metropolitan Amsterdam Network as well as Smart Society Almere.

In 2012 Zdravka moved to Hong Kong as senior consultant within Cisco Consulting Services for ASEAN. Exporting her European knowledge, her primary focus was providing strategy and advice to transform cities, communities and developments in the ASEAN region into Smart and Connected Communities. She worked closely with major real estate developers and government authorities to embed ICT master planning methodology into new and existing developments, infrastructural projects and regulation policies.

Currently Zdravka is leading Cisco Smart and Connected Communities business development in APJC. In this role she engages with city officials, governments and urban service providers across the region to define, orchestrate and execute smart city projects.

Zdravka is from Bulgarian origin.

Paul Ong, Assistant Vice President, Security Business of HKT Limited, leading the strategy & development of security solutions. He is responsible for driving & enriching the company’s security solution portfolio and helps customer combat ever-evolving cyber threats.

Prior to that, Paul have more than 10 years of wide-ranging role & experience including NOC Engineer, Solution Consultant & Product Manager. With the solid mix of business and technical acumen, Paul has successfully implement right solution to tackle challenges which Customer facing.

Adam Radford, Distinguished System Engineer, Cisco APJC

Adam Radford is a Distinguished Systems Engineer based in Sydney, Australia. His background is software and automation, having spent 10 years building and automating campus networks. He then joined Cisco and has focused on a variety of technologies including voice, wireless and data center. In recent times his focus has been Enterprise Networks, specifically automation, software-defined-X and programmability.

In his current role, Adam leads the Enterprise Network technology strategy for APJC.

Adam has a first class honors degree in Science, majoring in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

Steven Vials, Director, Collaboration, Cisco APJC

Steve has a long history in the Telecommunications industry spanning over 30 years, with the last 18 years spent working in the Asia Pacific Market.

During this time Steve has launched some of the most exciting and innovative technology platforms in the Collaboration and Contact Centre industry and worked closely with many large organisations across Asia Pacific to bring effective change to their business.

In his current role as Director for Cisco Collaboration in APJ, Steve drives overall business and segment strategy for the complete Cisco Collaboration Portfolio, with a focus on transforming the Workplace and Customer experience.

Yvonne Wong, General Manager, Qianhai International Liaison Services Limited

Yvonne is the General Manager of Qianhai International Liaison Services Limited, a subsidiary company of the Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. She leads her team to win one of the Gold Award in the PR Awards 2016 and organize the Qianhai Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the past few years. Sophy Wu, Senior IT Architect, Cisco Greater China

Sophy Wu is a Senior IT Architect in charge of Cisco IT in Greater China. Her current job focuses on enabling regional business strategy with IT technology and digitization, improving IT client experience, and Cisco IT best practice sharing with customers, which showcases the value of Cisco IT’s technology innovation. Prior to this role, she worked in Cisco account team as system engineer. She has rich experience in IT management and collaboration, cloud, network design, implementation and operation for large enterprise.

Sophy Wu holds a computer science master degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She has CCIE R&S, ITIL expert certification.

Leo Yang, Tax Partner, Deloitte China

Leo Yang is a tax partner based in Deloitte Hong Kong office. He has over sixteen years of professional experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong to provide China and Hong Kong tax consultancy services for his clients with a primary focus on China and Hong Kong tax compliance / planning, inbound / outbound investment and international tax. Leo successfully leads the delivery of tax professional services to a wide range of clients, including local China governments, high growth companies, China state-owned enterprises and large multinational enterprises in China and Hong Kong. Currently he is focusing on providing China and Hong Kong tax and business advices to his clients within Great Bay Area.
