This topic helps you troubleshoot an issue that occurs post performing a migration from InfluxDB to Postgres that points the VM PG database to a standalone Cisco IoT FND.

You may notice that the Servers page is displaying the old servers with a status of DOWN.

You may observe the following specific server/device entries listed as DOWN:

  • IoT-FND-TSDB+192.68.5.1

Procedure

1.

From the Cisco IoT FND menubar, choose Devices > Servers.

2.

Select a device with the status DOWN.

3.

Click the More Actions drop down list and click Remove Devices. Click Yes when asked to confirm.

You'll no longer view the servers that are down.
