Pick up the phone handset attached to the SPA2100 and dial ****73738#
Press 1# to confirm then hang up.
Note: The device will reboot with factory-default configuration. All previously entered settings will be erased. It is possible for service providers to restrict access to the reset function. If you are using an SPA2100 that has been provisioned by an ITSP, you may need their assistance to perform this action.
