The following Cisco partners 1) currently qualify under Cisco's established partner selection criteria for the above-referenced Cisco Prime Contract, and 2) have been authorized by the State to participate as Cisco Subcontractors under that agreement:

** Discounts listed above are the minimum guaranteed contract pricing. Authorized Resellers listed below must provide, at a minimum, those discounts and cannot offer less favorable pricing discounts than the contract discounts. Authorized Resellers listed below may offer any additional, incremental discounts to any eligible users under this contract and such additional discounts if offered, may be provided at the discretion and as the sole legal obligation of the Authorized Resellers.

Partner NTE Hourly Rates:

Scope of Offerings: Category 2 Segment A.  Contract not mandatory for E-rate and regular buys.  Eligible buyers may purchase separate from E-rate filings

Shipping and Delivery Information: FOB Destination. Reseller pays all freight and related transportation charges.

Limited Partner Professional Services: Basic Installation and Configuration

Leasing: Leasing is not Authorized.

Refurbished Equipment: Authorized.

Insurance: Contract Section 7.23 updated per Clarification 02 p.154

Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") requires Purchase Orders to be processed through our Authorized Resellers. Customers (Authorized Purchasers) may select any of the Authorized Resellers listed.

Purchase Order Instructions

1. Select one of the Authorized Resellers (E-rate sales require approved evaluation per the Intended Purchasing Process)
2. Issue the Purchase Order directly to the selected Authorized Reseller.
3. Reference the Contract Number on your Purchase Order.
4. Include the following contact info: Your customer name and phone number, "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses.

Repair or Replacement of Products

Please directly contact the Authorized Reseller who processed your original Purchase Order for the Cisco Products. Subject to the Cisco warranty terms, the Authorized Reseller will work with you and Cisco on the matter.
