Cisco announces the termination of Cisco Context Service
Cisco announces the termination of the Cisco Context Service feature of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions on all supported versions. The functionality will not be available after the 30th of June 2020. In addition, at this time Cisco will not be accepting new or updated registration requests to Context Service. All customer data related to Context Service will be deleted following the termination of Context Service.
Customers with active use of the functionality are requested to explore and migrate to alternative solutions.
