Introduction

Problem
The CTIOS 7.2 installation fails on Windows 7 or Windows Vista and this message appears:
jre.exe stoped working
Solution
The issue occurs because Windows 7 and Windows Vista are not supported with CTIOS version 7.2. Windows Vista support is only available in CTIOS version 7.5 and later. Windows 7 support is only available in CTIOS version 8.x and later.
