The CSaaSSE exam tests the knowledge of PreSales Engineers on the technical foundations of Cisco’s Collaboration SaaS solutions in order to qualify and demo the SaaS portfolio. This exam is a requirement for the PreSales Engineer role for Cisco Collaboration SaaS Authorization Program.
