Overview

This section explains that Cisco pxGrid Cloud service log files record configuration changes, connection status, and agent activities to help monitor and troubleshoot pxGrid Cloud services.

A Cisco pxGrid Cloud service log file is a type of log associated with the Cisco ISE that records configuration changes within pxGrid Cloud services, tracks connection and high-availability status, and logs agent activities as well as pxGrid topic subscriptions. These logs provide information on the operational status of pxGrid Cloud services and help you monitor and troubleshoot effectively.

These log files are included in the Cisco ISE support bundle when the Include Debug Logs option is enabled. To download these logs, choose Operations > Troubleshoot > Download Logs > Debug Logs > Application Logs.

You can troubleshoot Cisco pxGrid Cloud service issues by checking the log files on the Active pxGrid node.
