Refer to the Product Warranties page for information about additional Cisco warranties. 4 This warranty ensures that the software media is free from defects. 5 The Cisco Unified Computing System™ (UCS) also includes continued downloads of BIOS, drivers, firmware, and the Cisco UCS Manager. 6 Standard warranties provide hardware fault identification and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) validation only. 7 This includes access to Cisco's smart capabilities, which includes the Smart Net Total Care portal, collections, and an optional addition of Cisco's Smart Call Home.
The Smart Net Total Care Service entitles you to smart capabilities that help you mitigate risk, resolve problems more quickly, and increase operational efficiency. You are entitled to self-service access to the Cisco software collector, the Smart Net Total Care portal, and reports that provide you with actionable information about service coverage, product lifecycles, security alerts, and product alerts that apply to your network.
