Edge Audio decouples the public switched telephone network (PSTN) from Webex by intelligently routing audio calls over VoIP or using existing PSTN services. It allows any company with Unified Communications Manager to reduce PSTN costs, with no change in user behavior.
Edge Connect is a dedicated, managed, QoS-enabled IP link. It connects a customer’s premises to the Webex cloud through direct peering via Equinix Cloud Exchange (ECX). The connection to the Webex backbone provides enhanced meeting quality with consistent performance.
Webex Video Mesh facilitates on-premises video quality with cloud simplicity and scale. It provides local media processing for select on-premises attendees. And it makes it easier to route meetings to the local Video Mesh node and connect participants.
