Distributor part numbers for Cisco Unity 3.0 will be activated on September 14, 2001.

Services and Support

Customers with SAS or SASU contracts will continue to receive software support from Cisco TAC. SAS customers will only receive support on Cisco Unity up to version 2.46. Beginning with the shipment of Cisco Unity 3.0, SASU will be the only software support offering.

Temporary Lead Time Change for the D/120JCT Euro Voice Board

Cisco would also like to proactively communicate current sourcing problems for the D/120JCT Euro voice board. Cisco is currently unable to procure this voice board from the manufacturer. Current ETA is October 15th 2001, but this date is subject to change. All orders that have been placed using part numbers UNITY-D/120JCT-EU or UNITY-D/120JCT-EU= will be shipped as soon as Cisco has received this board in inventory. Until then, these orders will remain on hold.
