End-of-Life Announcement for Cisco WAN Manager Software Version 10.4.10, Standalone Stats Collector 10.4.10, and Cisco WAN Manager Service Agent 10.4.10
Cisco Systems is officially announcing the end of sales and end of life (EOS/EOL) for the Cisco Cisco WAN Manager network-management software versions: Cisco WAN Manager 10.4.10, Standalone Stats Collector 10.4.10, and Cisco WAN Manager Service Agent 10.4.10 with an effective annoucement date of June 28, 2002. Cisco customers may continue to receive software support for a longer period as set forth in the milestones and timelines in Table 1.
Cisco WAN Manager 10.5.10 or later will replace the software release versions affected by this announcement. This EOL announcement coincides with the introduction of Cisco WAN Manager 11 and is consistent with the policy of maintaining two active, generally available, baselines.

This includes processing RMA orders for components with this system configuration; it is also the date that the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will no longer have any obligation to assist customers with any issues related to this software. Any assistance rendered by Cisco will be on an as available basis without warranties at the sole discretion of Cisco Systems.
