End of Life for
Cisco WAN Manager
Version 10.3Overview
Cisco Systems is announcing the End of Life for Cisco Wan Manager (CWM) 10.3, with an effective date of February 23, 2001. Cisco customers will continue to receive Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for CWM 10.3 until June 30, 2001, after which, all CWM 10.3 customers are expected to upgrade to CWM 10.4.
After February 23, 2001, CWM 10.3 will no longer be orderable from Cisco Connection Online (CCO) or Cisco Marketplace. CWM 10.3 will be replaced by CWM 10.4. Service-affecting bugs found in CWM 10.3 are resolved in CWM 10.4. If additional service-affecting bugs are discovered, they will be fixed in CWM 10.4 or later. Since CWM 10.4 is a superset of CWM 10.3, all features supported by CWM releases 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3 are also supported in CWM 10.4. Customers are encouraged to upgrade 10.3 systems to 10.4 as soon as possible.
